Let us know what you would like us to paint and we will send you a quote and an expected finish date. 

We hope to always turn orders round within four weeks. When there is one single unit order in this is simple, but very big orders and or busy times can work against this.                          Similarly, if the date of your Pickett's Charge refight suddenly feels very close and you still haven't started to paint Pettigrew's Division (for example), we will always try and oblige!                     

Whatever happens we will keep you updated with your orders progress

Then, assuming all is well, simply send (or get the manufacturer to send) your order to

We will let you know when it arrives and keep you regularly updated.

As soon as we think the job is done we will send you pictures of your project and (assuming you agree!) our bank details. Then once payment has cleared we will send through standard Royal Mail post. If you would prefer registered/other sorts of delivery we will ask you to add the excess cost to your bill.
